Our Chauffeurs

Every SFH chauffeur holds a current Private Hire Vehicle (PCO) licence issued by Transport for London — the industry's mandatory requirement and our minimum standard.

All chauffeurs undergo an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before joining SFH, renewed on a regular basis throughout their tenure with us.

A minimum of five years of professional chauffeuring experience is required. Many of our team have served senior executives and VIPs for a decade or more.

Dark suit, white shirt and black tie at every journey without exception. Formally presented as standard — white gloves available for weddings and ceremonial occasions.

Our chauffeur training dedicates a full section to etiquette and London expertise — from the best routes to knowledge of restaurants, hotels and areas of interest across the city.
