Where will my chauffeur meet me at London Heliport?

Your chauffeur will be waiting at Terminal exit — met directly on arrival from the pad. The evening before your journey you will receive their name, direct mobile number and vehicle registration. They will be holding a clearly displayed name board for you.

What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?

We monitor every flight from the point of departure. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur's timing adjusts automatically at no additional charge. If you land ahead of schedule, we do our best to ensure your chauffeur is there to meet you. Your 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time begins from the moment the aircraft lands — not from the originally scheduled arrival time.

How long is the complimentary waiting time?

All airport collections include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time calculated from the moment your aircraft touches down. This gives you generous time to clear immigration, collect your baggage and make your way to the arrivals hall without any pressure whatsoever.

Do you provide child and booster seats?

Yes — child seats and booster seats are available at no extra cost. Simply request the appropriate seat when booking and your chauffeur will have it correctly fitted and ready before your journey begins. We carry both infant carriers and toddler booster seats.

Can I travel with my pet?

We are happy to accommodate pets. Please notify us at the time of booking so your chauffeur can prepare the vehicle accordingly. There is no additional charge for well-behaved animals in appropriate carriers or on a lead.

How do I request a receipt or invoice?

A receipt is automatically emailed to you following payment. For a VAT invoice or a separate document for business expenses, simply email bookings@sfhchauffeurs.com — we respond within 30 minutes during business hours and aim to address all enquiries within the same day.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and vetted?

Yes. All SFH chauffeurs hold a current TfL private hire licence and have undergone a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Each one has signed a comprehensive non-disclosure agreement, maintains a minimum of five years' experience, and is presented in a suit and tie for every booking. We never sub-contract.
